overall experience was impacted by noise from the hallway at night. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay enjoyable despite the disturbances. I appreciated the clean room and convenient location near the Bass Pro Shop.

the location of the hampton inn is great, just a quick drive to the airport. the complimentary breakfast had plenty of options, which was a nice surprise. the staff were super accommodating and kept the property very clean.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. I had a need for a fridge to store breast milk but there was no freezer. This made it difficult for me to travel home with liquid milk. I expected a room with a freezer due to this medical need. I wouldn’t want to hand my baby’s food to anyone.

I loved my stay! The staff was cute. I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious complimentary smoothies at breakfast, especially the Mango flavor. What really stood out was the attention to detail, like the night-light for kids

Laundry machines malfunctioning!!! Lack of room security with unlocked doors made me uneasy at night. A hotel must prioritize safety and function!!!

The central location offers quick access to nearby attractions and restaurants, making it easy to navigate the area. The outdoor pool area is a great spot to unwind, and the complimentary evening cookies add a nice touch that guests can look forward to after a long day.

The washing machine during my stay didn't do its job. it barely spun my clothes, leading to an extra effort of wringing them out before tossing them in the dryer. Additionally, with all doors left unlocked, I found myself uncomfortable about security as I moved between rooms. All of this added an unfortunate layer of hassle to my stay, especially when the laundry took forever to finish.
